So I guess, using the logic of the good people here, we are all beta testers for every software developer out there, and are due free software and other compensations. Please show me ONE piece of retail software that does not have any bugs. So that means (except for the ilok fiasco and downloads) the rest are doin pretty well so far?Įvery piece of software out there has bugs. All in all, it seemed to me like there are only a handful having any real, unresolvable problems. One or two users seem to have ongoing issues. Funny thing is, even those reports seem to not have a follow-up from the users who originally posted. I just went through 3-4 pages of each section on the DUC and the only biggie I saw was reports in the Windows LE section. Often, 3rd party dev's simply fail to follow the SDK properly (and resolve the issue with an update), OR Digi will alter something that requires an update by those 3rd party guys. With PT, I make sure all the plug-ins I am using are at the latest version. I used some simple guidelines I use anytime I do a software upgrade.certain things are must-do's.

I went thru probs like everyone, but it is working fine here.
